Nursing Foot Care
Our feet can be some of our most neglected parts of our body, and yet they are what carry us around from place to place each and every day.
Healthy feet are influential to the physical, psychological and social well-being of all people. Maintaining healthy feet contributed to mobility, independence and to one's overall general health.
As we age we often accept that sore, tired, or problematic foot issues come as a part of the deal, but when we look after our feet and ensure that they receive adequate care, we can alleviate much pain, disability and decrease the chances of falling.
Nursing Foot Care encompasses a comprehensive assessment of your overall health, focusing on your foot health, footwear and gait assessment.
At One Step At A Time Foot Care Clinic, I provide all of this, identifying your unique foot care needs, and tailoring a treatment plan to get and keep your feet healthy.
